Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Dollxcite, we strive to delight you with our products, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Orders begin processing within 24 hours of placement. Therefore, cancellations are only possible within this 24-hour window.

For orders that include custom options, due to their tailored and unique nature, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once the order process has commenced.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

Prior to shipping, all Dollxcite dolls undergo a rigorous quality inspection at our factory. In the rare event that you receive a doll with defects, and it has not been used, we offer the option to return it.

To initiate a return for a defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your doll.

It’s important to note that while we facilitate the return process for defective dolls, the costs associated with return shipping are not covered by Dollxcite and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that if you reject the shipment, a double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment.

Return Process

Contact Dollxcite Support at support@dollxcite.com to start the return process. Please provide them with proof of purchase, such as an invoice.

You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
